Faces & Voices of Recovery's Board of Directors announces Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) as the recipient of the 2008 Joel Hernandez Voice of the Recovery Community Award. CCAR will be recognized at a reception on June 18, 2008 from 6-8pm at Spriggs & Hollingsworth, 1350 I Street, NW, Washington, DC.
