The National Alliance of Advocates of Buprenorphine Treatment (NAABT) Ad Series
The National Alliance of Advocates of Buprenorphine Treatment (NAABT) is posting a series of ads to help break the stigma and stereotypes of people needing help with addiction. The ads have been running on public transportation systems in Boston and are slated to appear in the New York City subway system and Philadelphia on December 18th and on the “People Mover” in Detroit.
The ads include a “tear-off” for people to take with them and say, “Chances are you know someone who needs help”or “'Do you know someone who needs help?” NAABT believes that the ads will get people thinking that, yes, this can happen to anyone, that there is help and now I know how I can help.
