Understanding Addiction
Understanding Addiction is a satellite/webcast airing Thursday Jan. 25, 2007 from 1-2 p.m. by the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA). The broadcast will feature interviews with Faces & Voices of Recovery board member and People Advocating Recovery in Kentucky’s Mike Barry; Dr. Nora Volkow, Director of the National Institutes on Drug Abuse (NIDA); and Dr. Mark Willenbring, Director of the Treatment and Recovery Research Division at the National Institutes on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) and David Rosenbloom, Director of Join Together.
The broadcast will be webcast live at MCTFT and CADCA. It can also be viewed at no cost from any site with a satellite dish having C-band downlink capabilities.
