Executive Director – Minnesota Recovery Connection (MRC)
Minnesota’s statewide recovery community organization is seeking an Executive Director, who will report directly to the board of MRC and be responsible for all operations under a grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division.
MRC is a Recovery Community Organization in the Twin Cities Metro Area. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing relationships with segments of the recovery community, training and matching of volunteer recovery coaches, resource partnerships and fundraising. Requirements include being currently in recovery with two years free of chemical problems, a Bachelors degree and knowledge of addiction and recovery resources in the Twin Cities. Applicant should have demonstrated leadership skills, experience with fundraising in community organizations which include cross-cultural and diverse populations. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and a valid driver’s license also required.
Minnesota Recovery Connection is a non-profit organization located in St. Paul established by members of the recovery community to develop a Recovery Community System in Minnesota. It was recently awarded an 18-month grant by the Minnesota Department of Human Services Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division.
Salary Range is $54,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. Some benefits included.
