Briefing on Wellstone-Domenici regulations Friday
The federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) will be holding a briefing on the interim final rule for the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act on Friday, February 19 at 9:00 am Eastern that can be viewed online.
The background briefing with officials from the Departments of Labor, Treasury and Health and Human Services will include time for questions and answers. You can watch it by Video Cast online and then clicking on the event title: SAMHSA Parity Briefing: Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008 (MHPAEA).
