Community Leadership Initiative

Community Leadership Initiative” from NCADD-New Jersey, in partnership with Join Together, is hosting three regional trainings this April. The Initiative is a statewide network of advocates that is periodically mobilized to take action on public policy issues that address prevention, treatment, and recovery issues in New Jersey.  Interested individuals become part of a growing grassroots effort to build a strong collective voice for the addiction community. The focus of these trainings will be on criminal justice issues relating to drug and alcohol use, public policy, and how New Jersey citizens can get involved in the solution.

The trainings are on:

  • April 8, 2010 at Cumberland County Community College
  • April 10, 2010 at Mercer County Community College
  • April 15, 2010 at Fairleigh Dickinson University
